We're delighted at the number of previous clients who have returned to us for portrait sessions. It's a great feeling and very special when a couple whose wedding we photographed contacts us to share their big news - a new addition to the family - and ask us to take photographs of their baby.

We were the wedding photographers for Christine and Ian when they married in York and they were fantastic to work with. We were very excited when Ian contacted us to tell us that they are now the proud parents of baby Oliver and they wanted to come to the studio for a family portrait session. We were only too happy to oblige - it was great to see them again! Oliver is six months old and is the perfect age for a photo session. He's sitting solidly, doesn't topple over easily and he can't crawl or run away just yet! A lovely family, a gorgeous baby and some beautiful images.

We were Nathalie's wedding photographers when she tied the knot with John in a lovely, personal civil ceremony at Monk Fryston Hall in September. We had such a great day with the couple and it was our pleasure to welcome Nathalie back to the studio for a boudior shoot. Nathalie was very excited about the shoot and brought several changes of underwear, enabling us to create different looks and moods for her. Nathalie and John are over the moon with the images and John had the job of choosing his favourites to be printed (there were quite a few) - a lousy job but someone had to do it! Seriously, she looks amazing - absolutely gorgeous.

Boudior Photography in Yorkshire

We are delighted to announce a new service - a fabulous boudior session in the comfort and intimate surroundings of our private studio. The style is entirely your choice and we are happy to make suggestions and offer advice before the session if you need it. You will be warmly welcomed by both of us and our aim is to make you feel relaxed and confident so that you really enjoy the experience. We will work together to create some gorgeous images for you to treasure and your favourites will be expertly finished so that you look and feel fabulous. A boudior session isn't about what size or shape you are; it's about having fun and making you look amazing with flattering poses, creative lighting and just the right amount of airbrushing! This service is available all year round, strictly by appointment only, but with Valentine's Day just around the corner, what better gift could there be for the love of your life? If you have booked us to photograph your wedding, why not surprise and delight your husband to be with a gift which will take his breath away, to open the morning of your wedding and to guarantee him hot-footing it down the aisle? It would also make a perfect wedding anniversary gift for your partner, a birthday present, or just to say "I love you" or "See how lucky you are." Happy New Year!

We would like to take this opportunity to wish all our clients, past, present and future a wonderful New Year and to thank you all most sincerely for your business. We are absolutely passionate about photography and without you, we wouldn't be doing what we love!

2009 was very hectic for us and very exciting too. We worked with some fantastic people, had a brilliant wedding season, moved house and managed to get a studio up and running too. Not sure how we managed to juggle all this but it's been amazing and the studio means that we can offer our portrait clients a great experience in a warm, friendly and comfortable environment. It's also a lovely environment in which to welcome our wedding clients, show them our images and sample albums and chat about their wedding plans over a cup of coffee or tea.

We are currently offering a portrait session for the incredible price of just £25! This can be a portrait of one person, a couple, a family, the kids, a baby bump, a baby, a pet - you name it! We are happy to take various combinations of family within one session and if you'd like a change of clothes during the session, no problem.
