It's not that often that we get to be King's Croft wedding photographers even though this venue is local to us, but after quite a long time between visits it was wonderful to return there to share Sammie and Danny's wonderful wedding day. Unusually, we started off with the lads as they got ready and once they were suited and booted we got some cool groom party shots with a VW Camper Van before we headed off to start photographing Sammie's preps at the King's Croft. The civil ceremony was held in the pavilion and the couple laughed their heads off throughout most of it, making for some fantastic moments to capture. Wedding photographers have a preoccupation with the weather and the same can be said of most brides, so it was great that it behaved itself and allowed us to stay outside until the call through for dinner in the Queen's Suite. Afterwards the bridal party were game for some fun photographs and after these we had some time alone with the new Mr and Mrs Bradley. We love weddings anyway, with every part of the day offering something to enjoy capturing, but our favourite time is when everyone else is preoccupied, the couple can relax and have some quiet time together after the formalities, and we get to photograph them interacting with each other, often in softer and more beautiful light. At Sammie and Danny's wedding we had the added bonus of some gorgeous twilight photos, which will make the closing chapter in their wedding album. Congratulations and a sincere thank you for inviting us to share your celebrations!
