Wedding Photographers Rogerthorpe Manor | Jess & Sam's Wedding

We had an incredible day in the company of Jess and Sam as their Rogerthorpe Manor wedding photographers as autumn arrived with a chill. We love working at this gorgeous venue and when your couple laugh a lot and show the joy they feel at having got married, there's not much more a wedding photographer could wish for to make a perfect day. Our coverage started as Jess was pampered in one of the Courtyard Suites, which are lovely, spacious rooms where we can be out of the way as we photograph the pretty bridal details but close enough to keep an eye on how make-up and hair styling are progressing, with the intention of capturing flattering images as the bride gets ready.  Sam and his lads made us laugh during their lighthearted photo session in the grounds before we went back to Jess who was in her dress and looking absolutely stunning! We love it when the bride is ready a while before everything gets manic and the nerves kick in with the arrival of the registrars, followed by the walk into the ceremony. Those few minutes mean some beautiful images of a beautiful bride. After the couple tied the knot everyone braved the chill to have pictures taken outside and the venue's master of ceremonies, Lee, stayed out with a warm blanket ready to wrap around Jess's shoulders in between photographs! After the speeches the couple were ready for some romantic, relaxed pictures away from the hustle and bustle and the early evening light was just awesome, casting a golden glow through the trees and making for some spectacular Rogerthorpe Manor wedding photos before party time. Thanks a million you two lovely people for asking us to capture your big day. Congratulations and our very best wishes for a happy future together!

We would love you to share these images on social media but please do so only with our details on them.  Thank you.

Rogerthorpe Manor Wedding Photography | Amy & Brett's Wedding

It was a great day for both of us when we were chosen by Amy and Brett as their Rogerthorpe Manor wedding photographers and whenever we work at this beautiful location it's like home because we know the venue and the staff so well and they always give us a warm welcome.  Everything took place at Rogerthorpe Manor and Amy's room was unusually peaceful and quiet when we arrived for bridal prep, not like the chaos we're used to as the girls get ready!  We kept Brett occupied having some portraits taken in the grounds before the registrar stole him and this always signals that it's not long until tying the knot time, so we went back to Amy for those final minutes before the civil ceremony in the Lawrence Suite.  We had perfect weather for the whole day, meaning all photographs were taken outside and we were able to use the pretty areas the immaculate grounds have to offer, all very close together, in the couple's photographs.  After the wedding breakfast and speeches we had the most beautiful light and the chance to take some relaxed pictures of Amy and Brett before the evening celebrations got underway.  Thanks a million for booking us to capture your lovely wedding day and congratulations on your marriage!

Wedding Photography at Oulton Hall | Georgina and Vicus's Wedding

Georgina and Vicus chose a spectacular venue for their celebrations. We are recommended wedding photographers for Oulton Hall and we receive a warm welcome every time we visit.  This, along with the fact that as professional Leeds wedding photographers we are truly spoilt for choice when it comes to the locations it offers, means we always have a brilliant time working there.  Georgina got ready at the couple's home, so the day started with some wedding photography in Huddersfield with the girls, which is always an exciting part of the day.  She had run an idea for some specific images she wanted by us at our final meeting and this was supposed to happen outside, with Vicus stopping by en route to the church and the couple standing out of sight but within touching distance of each other, but the weather decided to be rubbish so not to be outdone we adapted the idea to work inside.  They shared some gorgeous, tender moments, separated by a bedroom door, and we got some beautiful images for them to cherish.  We knew that Vicus would be blown away when he saw his bride in her exquisite dress!  The weather forced us to work mainly indoors with group photographs taken inside the church after the ceremony, before we left for Oulton Hall.  This venue really does have everything and although the grounds are lovely the interiors are so beautiful that the weather isn't that much of a worry.  This wedding included some of the best singing waiters we have ever heard, hilarious speeches, and the most amazing floral artistry by Fulford Flowers, who dressed the venue.  The Repton Room was breathtaking!  We finally got a few minutes respite from the rain and rushed outside with Georgina and Vicus before we lost the daylight, and we were elated to be able to capture some twilight photographs too, which will be a perfect ending to their incredible Wow! factor wedding album.  Congratulations and thanks a million for choosing us!

If you are looking for your Oulton Hall wedding photographers we would love to hear from you!
