We really hit it off when we met Theresa and Colin and we were excited to be back as Oulton Hall wedding photographers for their celebrations, which we knew would be a laugh a minute because Colin is a funny bloke with a fantastic sense of humour and Theresa obviously finds him very amusing too, so there was lots of giggling going on. We're always over the moon to be booked for Oulton Hall wedding photography as this gorgeous location lends itself perfectly to our classy and elegant style and it's one of those rare venues which makes the weather less significant because although the grounds are lovely, the interiors offer everything a professional wedding photographer could wish for, including the Repton Suite, great for group photographs, and our favourite gallery and orangery for romantic couple portraits. Theresa got ready in one of the suites and as there are two of us, one captured the bridal details whilst the other documented hair styling and make-up. We were privileged to be able to share and capture a few precious moments as Theresa's two proud brothers came into the room and saw their stunning sister in her dress for the first time. We knew that Theresa had booked a flashy car as a surprise to transport Colin to the venue and he was certainly smiling when he arrived, but after the ceremony it was Theresa who excitedly jumped into the driver's seat! The weather was a bit of a let down after the ceremony so we were kept indoors for group shots but it did give us a break later on to get outside with this fab couple. The guests were kept entertained with singing waiters during dinner and an incredible magician. With careful planning and a more than willing bride and groom we were able to get out again at twilight and capture them during that perfect few minutes before it gets dark. A huge and sincere thank you for choosing us and for making us laugh all day. It was an absolute pleasure to share your celebrations!
